The brief
Kosova Trade runs a rental fleet out of Prishtina International Airport “Adem Jashari”. Most of its customers are diaspora travellers landing for a visit. They book on a phone, often days or hours before a flight, and they compare prices hard.
The redesign had one job: get a traveller from “I land on Friday” to a confirmed car in minutes. In Albanian, with the total price visible up front and nothing hidden behind a counter signature.
Decisions
Trust before anything
Renters fear surprise costs more than high prices. The promises. No deposit, no credit card, free cancellation up to 24h, Kasko insurance included. Are designed as first class UI: badge rows in the hero and above the fleet, not fine print in the footer.
Price honesty as layout
Every car card leads with the per day price and shows discounts explicitly. The search widget asks only for location and dates. The two things that change the quote. So the first price a user sees is already the real one.
The airport comes first
The pickup location is prefilled with the airport, phone numbers sit in the top bar, and the whole booking works one-handed on a phone. Designed for someone standing in an arrivals hall.
Every decision came back to one person: someone at arrivals with a phone, late at night.

The system
One family, three jobs: 700 for display and prices, 500 for UI labels and buttons, 400 for running text. Display sizes run tight; UI labels run small with generous letter spacing.
Search widget
Location, date range and time, one primary action. Lives on the hero and repeats on the fleet page.
Car card
Photo, year tag, spec grid, per day price with discount state, red detail action.
Availability panel
Dates plus time in 30 minute steps, inline on the car page, feeding straight into the reservation.
Booking retrieval
Reference code and email instead of an account. A traveller manages the booking without a password.
